Management of Fireside MIC has been successfully working in the mortgage lending industry since 2008. Fireside was formed in 2019 as a result of an amalgamation between two mortgage investment corporations which were led by the same management team as Fireside MIC. We help people looking to buy a home and those seeking an investment.

Fireside Investments

Our mortgage investment corporation allows private investors to use cash, equity in real estate, lines-of-credit, or registered funds to invest in real estate. We have only been able to grow our business because of a team that’s dedicated to transparency, great customer service, and tailored advice.

Fireside Mortgage

We also help people realize the dream of owning their own property. Often, people struggle getting a mortgage because of poor credit and are ignored by major banks. We offer an alternative to the more restrictive mortgage products offered by traditional lenders. Our team works to understand their unique situation and helps customize a solution that consolidates debt, helps repair credit, and puts them on a path for eligibility at major financial institutions.
